Exciting products, crowded markets, no reason to win. The losses stacked up until I was flat broke in Cambodia, deciding whether this business was real or a story I'd been telling myself.

A boring RV part nobody would brag about.
Small market. Real margin. A specific reason to win. Zero glamour. It sold — and kept selling. Every principle I teach was reverse-engineered from why that product worked when the exciting ones didn't.

Exited the automotive brand through Empire Flippers. Boring products, it turns out, make sellable assets.
